2017 was a Success for Mashel Law Clients
This past year was a very successful one at Mashel Law. 2017 saw a seven-figure settlement reached to resolve a very hard-fought whistleblowing case filed against a public entity which dragged on for five long years. Many six figure settlements were achieved for our clients in employment cases in 2017 including, but not limited to, CEPA (whistleblowing) claims, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, perceived disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and national origin discrimination. Through the hard work and high skill level of the attorneys at Mashel Law, a multitude of our clients received substantial five and four figure pre-lawsuit settlements, significant severance enhancements, repeated unemployment benefit appeal victories, vigorous defense of frivolous claims, and astute and effective representation of commercial transactional matters favorably completed. We are excited about our current clients’ prospects for successful resolution of their cases/claims because 2018 is shaping up to be another banner year at Mashel Law.
