Mr. Mashel received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Rutgers University Law School in 1986, after which he obtained his New Jersey license to practice law later that same year. After graduating from law school, Mr. Mashel served as the judicial clerk for the then Honorable Paul A. Lowengrub, P.J. Ch. from 1986-1987. Judge Lowengrub was the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County Chancery Division, General Equity Part. Thereafter, Mr. Mashel was employed as an associate attorney with the law firm of Pelleteri, Rabstein & Altman and the then law firm of Craner, Nelson, Satkin & Scheer associate lawyer. Since 1991, Mr. Mashel has been the principal attorney of his own law firm which concentrates in representing New Jersey victims of workplace discrimination and retaliation.
