Mashel Law Files Age Discrimination Lawsuit
On December 27, 2017, Mashel Law filed a wrongful discharge lawsuit in the Ocean County Superior Court against Schwartz Mazda on behalf of their client who was a former parts/service manager at the dealership. Specifically, it is alleged that Mashel Law's client was wrongfully discharged because of his age in violation of New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1, et. seq. In the lawsuit, Mashel Law seeks compensation for its client in the form of lost wages and benefits, emotional distress, punitive damages and an award of reasonable attorney fees and costs of suit.
