Mashel Law Settles National Origin Discrimination Lawsuit
Mashel Law is pleased to announce that it recently settled a national origin discrimination claim against a major corporation for a six-figure amount. Although the details of the settlement must be kept confidential by agreement, Mashel Law's client alleged that she was wrongfully discharged in retaliation for reporting to the company's Human Resource Department that she was being treated hostilely and differently by her superiors because she was from India.
