Stephan Mashel is Elected to Serve on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Council on Safety and Health as Its Vice-President of Employment Law

Mashel Law is pleased to announce that Stephan T. Mashel of our firm has been elected to serve as a member of the Executive Board of the New Jersey Council on Safety and Health (NJCOSH) as its Vice President of Employment Law. NJCOSH is a non-profit organization comprised of over 140 members consisting of petitioners’ Workers’ Compensation attorneys, labor and employment lawyers, treating physicians, and union members. What these members and Mr. Mashel have in common is their devotion to advocating for New Jersey workers and ensuring they be provided with a safe place to work free of injury, inequality, harassment and retaliation. And when workers of this state are injured on the job and/or suffer economic loss and emotional distress due to the unlawful and oppressive conduct of their employers, that they be made whole for all injuries, damages and harms caused to them.
