The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. The organization was founded in 1993 and there are approximately 3000 members located throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. For over three decades Stephan Mashel has been a successful trial lawyer in New Jersey representing those who have been harmed due to the discriminatory, retaliatory, intentional, or negligent conduct of others. In 1983, Mr. Mashel received a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Thereafter, Mr. Mashel attended Rutgers University's School of Law receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986, the same year he became licensed to practice law in New Jersey. After graduating from law school, Mr. Mashel served as the judicial clerk for the then Honorable Paul A. Lowengrub, P.J. Ch., the Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, General Equity Part, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County. Mr. Mashel has been actively practicing law in good standing in the State of New Jersey since completing his judicial clerkship. For more than 12 years now, Mr. Mashel has concentrated his practice to representing victims of workplace discrimination and retaliation, and to wage and hour class action lawsuits. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New Jersey Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety & Health, and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
